Soham Jethani

Soham Jethani is a Dubai-based lawyer and Managing Director of Septten Advisors. He advises founders and leadership teams building fintech and digital asset businesses, with a particular focus on payments and blockchain-based financial products.

His work begins with the business model. He examines how a product operates and what that means for its regulatory treatment. He then helps clients establish a workable licensing strategy and the legal structure needed to bring it to market.

Beyond licensing, Soham advises on fundraising and commercial transactions. He helps founders understand how the terms they agree to will affect control of the business and its future growth. His ongoing advisory work gives businesses access to legal support as their products develop and their operations expand.

His experience spans the UAE, UK, EU, South Korea and Singapore. In the UAE, he advises across the distinct mainland, ADGM and DIFC frameworks, connecting regulatory requirements with the commercial decisions businesses need to make.
